OH well...it has helped me to keep myself in check.
I weighed in this week and was down 6.6 pounds..mind you the first weight in was middle of the day, fully clothed, and Mondays was buck neked first thing in the morning....
SO I think its safe to say I didn't really lose all that much weight, maybe half the amount...but still going in the right direction!!!

Phase 1
-The strictest and most restrictive phase. In this phase you'll be eating eggs for breakfast and lots of cheeses, meat and fish. There should be no potatoes, bread, fruit, or rice during this phase.
